Welcome

Voting is the right our democracy is built on.

This website is dedicated to ensuring that Colorado continues to have fair elections and every eligible voter has access to the ballot box.

As our chief elections officer, Secretary of State Scott Geslsler should be taking the lead to encourage participation in this vital constitutional right.

Unfortunately, Gessler has become the most partisan secretary in Colorado's modern history.

Gessler has repeatedly pursued policies that disproportionately impact minorities, seniors, disabled, and military voters while over-stepping his the authority of his office.

He prevented county clerks from mailing ballots to eligible voters who missed one general election, including military overseas personnel.

Gessler rewrote the state's campaign finance rules to allow unlimited money into some campaigns and decrease reporting rules, leaving average Coloradans in the dark about who is behind campaigns.

As an elections attorney, he represented a myriad of right-wing, conservative organizations and individuals. After his election in 2010, he wanted to continue moonlighting for his former law firm despite the obvious conflict with the public’s interest.

Gesslerwatch.com is an accountability project designed to keep the Secretary of State accountable to all Colorado voters, not just his former clients and political colleagues.
